Himalayan Heritage to Houston

Yoga, Vedanta, Meditation, Fine Arts & Dharma

His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda Visits Houston

September 16th - October 3rd 2018

Experience Serene Divinity and Sublime Wisdom

Join us as we welcome Himalayan monk and meditation master, His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda, to Houston for his return visit to the area. Embrace authentic spiritual teachings and meditation practices during discourses and fellowships.

A highlight of the visit is a one of a kind benefit event, Sattwadharman, to be held on 29th September. During this enchanting evening of art and culture His Holiness will share the Nonprofit’s breakthrough projects, including children’s education in India. Enjoy a healing Ayurvedic dinner and participate in a silent auction of exquisite Indic art.

Yogi, Mystic & Saintly Scholar

His Holiness is a Himalayan monk of the ancient Vedanta order, who is a kriyāyogi and a meditation master from the combined heritage of rishi sages and nāth yogis. He was awarded the degree of Mahāmahopādhyāy (DLitt et Phil) by the university system in India due to his scholarly and meditative interpretation of Sanskrit literature.

Shaped by the rugged yet enchanting Himalayan terrain, His Holiness brings us the sublime peace of the mountains. He teaches cardinal philosophies of Vedanta, Sankhya and Yoga with exquisite clarity and initiates seekers into Himalayan meditation techniques. He is the spiritual founder of Self Enquiry Life Fellowship and head of the Hansavedas Mission.

If you would like to offer your financial support or sponsorship we can accept donations by check, cash or credit card. Yes, at both events on 19th & 22nd September there will be greeting/darshan lines where you can individually receive blessings from His Holiness.

What do I do if I have a question for His Holiness?

If you have a spiritual question for His Holiness we recommend writing to our main office email account at quest@hansavedas.org. There will also be notecards available at all of the events so you can write your question and contact details on a card. Nonprofit volunteers will be available to take your notecard questions at each event for later follow-up.
