Tuesday, 30th November is #GivingTuesday – a global day of philanthropy where you have the opportunity to have your donation matched by Facebook. As in years past, your participation is vital to our noble Nonprofit and we are ever grateful for your support on this day.
Whether attending in volunteer fellowships, livestream broadcasts, local area Zoom gatherings, and the many other events that our noble Nonprofit has offered online this year – you have surely experienced the abounding grace and giving that our saintly siddha monk and satguru, HH Swami Vidyadhishananda so generously shares with us.
Giving Tuesday is an opportunity for us to collectively reflect upon the generosity of spirit we have been so blessed to experience and share that spirit with others. Let us gather together to support our noble cause by sharing inspiration through participation.
However big or small the gesture, your participation is needed. Your contribution will allow us to develop and sustain our Nonprofit’s curriculum, including online coursework and property purchase.
About #GivingTuesday
On this global day of charitable giving, Facebook will be matching donations that are made to Nonprofits in addition to waiving all credit card processing fees on this single day.
The Facebook matching window will begin at 5am US Pacific Time on Tuesday, 30th November. To give at that time, visit our Hansavedas Facebook page and click the blue ‘Donate’ button under the header graphic.
Give within within the first few seconds to ensure that your donation is matched before the $8 million in matching funds run out. International donations are also eligible for matching.
