Join us in Santa Barbara for a guided meditation and fellowship with our saintly Himalayan monk, His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda. Experience authentic Yoga-sutra teachings, pranayama breathwork, mantra chanting, devotional singing, blessings (darshan) and blissful meditation. The fellowship will begin at 6pm at Unity of Santa Barbara (227 East Arrellaga Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101). Unity has a large parking lot on the corner of Santa Barbara St. and Valerio St., with the entrance on Valerio. The fellowship will conclude by 9pm.
