Join us for a fellowship of ceremony, chanting and discourse in the divine presence of His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda. Experience the riveting sounds of Vedic Sanskrit chanting by two visiting Vedic priests (dixit), S. Rajasekhara Dixitar and his son Selvaganesan Rajasekhara, from the renowned Chidambaram temple of southern India. This ancient temple is said to be built by Śivagaṇa, or direct disciples of Lord Śiva, in honour of the dancing Lord of time, Natarājā Śiva.
An Ayurvedic supper will be served in our courtyard following the chanting ceremony. The fellowship will conclude with a discourse by the senior priest, Hon. Rajasekhara Dixitar about Chidambara-rahasya, the mystical empty altar-chamber at this temple that is dedicated to the ethereal interaction of time and space.
This fellowship will be held in our new meditation centre at 1805 East Cabrillo Blvd. Join us to invite divine blessings and deep spiritual vibration into this new space. We will have volunteers stationed to guide you to our new unit, which is now on the ground floor.

Travel & Flights
For those coming from out of town, we recommend flying into either LAX or SBA. SBA is half an hour drive from our centre, whereas LAX is a minimum 2 hour drive. Car rental may not be necessary, but is very helpful. Some rides may be provided by local Los Angeles and Santa Barbara area devotees.
Guests should book their own overnight accommodations at a nearby hotel, hostel or campsite. For more affordable options, we recommend Airbnb, which connects you with locals who have rooms or houses to rent out. Please visit airbnb.com to search for available rooms and houses. Or, click here for a list of other accommodation options. If you would like to stay in a hotel or Airbnb room with others, we would be happy to connect you with other devotees interested in room shares. Please call our Santa Barbara office for assistance in connecting with roommates.
Registration & Donations
Your registration is not a donation to the Nonprofit, as it only covers the expense of the catered meal, rentals, honorarium for the Vedic priests, and ceremonial items. If you wish to make a charitable, tax-deductible donation to support this program and the Nonprofit’s curriculum, there will be an opportunity to do so during registration or in-person at the fellowship.
